Throughout this course, you will be presented with discussion questions, one in each module. For each of those discussion questions, be sure to do the following:
- Read the question thoroughly before responding to it. Gather and organize your thoughts, and then, post your comments to the Discussion Area, making sure you do so by the date indicated in the assignment.
- Respond to at least two of your peers’ posts, as all discussion assignments require you to do. When you do, you may agree with the other students’ remarks, disagree, or question their opinions, but don’t leave it at that: state why you agree, disagree, or have questions—giving your reasons for doing so. In that way, you will actively participate in and contribute to the discussion.
- In certain modules, your discussion question response will be evaluated confidentially by your instructor for content, grammar, and mechanics. You will want to make sure that all discussion question assignments are written successfully, with appropriate spelling, grammar, and support for your point of view.
